where are we?

We're a small box gym in a garage in North Ringwood, Melbourne. We're not open to the general public. All our clients are introduced by existing clients and are hand-picked.  If you want to know more, contact us by email.



We have a set of kettlebells!

At the 'Haus we have a set of Kettlebells.  We mainly use them as a teaching aid for deadlifts and also for the most useful of the Kettlebell exercises, the Kettlebell Swing.  Apart from the KB Swing, Kettlebells are useful mainly for novelty value and a bit of variety in training.  You can call them handbags and we won't take offence.  If Grandma belted you with a 20kg 'Handbag' you'd never be cheeky again, we'll just get you do to Tabata intervals with them ... Which may mean you'd rather be rude to your mum's mum ...
