Carl Brewer
Head coach at the PowerHaus, Carl will make you faster ...
With a background in rugby union, water polo, ice hockey and cycling, Carl has spent more years than he can remember playing and training for sports that require strength, power and endurance. Now a masters age track sprint cyclist, Carl's a qualified level 2 cycling coach (since 2003) and a Strength and Conditioning coach (since 2008). Carl is employed part time by the National Talent ID scheme as an assistant track sprint coach for the Victorian NTID sprint squad. Carl lists as his sources of inspiration and knowledge Anthony Dove at the Mermet Olympic Weightlifting Center, Mark Rippetoe of the Witchita Falls Athletic Club and John Nicholson, former world professional sprint champion and stalwart of the Blackburn Cycling Club.
